The rules for using GridironOK

1. Who we are
GridironOK is an independent Oklahoma high school football coverage service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association (OSSAA) or any member school.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity that happens under it. Accounts are for individuals; do not share credentials. You must be 13 or older to create an account.
3. Subscriptions and billing
The Gridiron Season Pass is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually through our payment processor. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Prices are shown in USD and exclude any applicable tax, which is calculated at checkout.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your profile's billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; premium access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. See our refund policy for details.
5. Community conduct
Fan boards, reporter submissions and score updates must be accurate and respectful. Do not post harassment, threats, personal contact details of minors, or content that identifies a student athlete in a demeaning way. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Accuracy of scores and data
Scores, statistics, standings and recruiting information are gathered from field reporters and public sources and may contain errors or delays. GridironOK is provided for informational and entertainment purposes and must not be relied on for wagering, eligibility, or official record purposes. Official results come from OSSAA and the participating schools.
7. Intellectual property
Content you post remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the app. GridironOK's own content, branding and compilations of data are ours.
8. Termination and changes
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect, and continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
