Billing and subscriptions
Most billing questions resolve fastest in the billing portal, reachable from your profile: update your card, download invoices, or cancel. For refunds see the refund policy.
A score looks wrong
Email the matchup, week and the correct score. Scores come from field reporters, so a correction usually lands within minutes on Friday nights.
Become a field reporter
We are always adding coverage. Apply for credentials on the reporter sign-up page — tell us which school or district you can cover on Friday nights. Once an admin approves you, your account unlocks the scoring portal and the text-in fallback.
Roster, stat or recruiting corrections
Athletes, parents, coaches and school officials can request corrections or removal of any player information. Email us and we will action it promptly.
