Terms of Service

1. Who we are

GridironOK is an independent Oklahoma high school football coverage service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association (OSSAA), the NFHS Network, Hudl, or any member school.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be 13 or older to create an account. Provide accurate information, keep your credentials private, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. Accounts are personal; institutional access is available through the Gold Ball Pass.

3. Free and paid tiers

Live scores, schedules, standings and stadium information are free. Paid tiers add premium features:

• Season Pass — $9.99 per month or $49.99 per year: quarter-by-quarter line scores, play-by-play, Recruiting Radar and film.
• Gold Ball Pass — $149.99 per year: bracketology simulator, CSV/PDF exports, advanced splits and the coach directory.
• Game Day Pass — $5 one-time: premium access to a single game for its defined game-day window (Central Time). It does not renew.

4. Billing and renewals

Subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. Prices are in USD and exclude tax, which is calculated at checkout. We never receive or store your card number. If you subscribe through an app store, that store's billing terms and cancellation controls also apply.

5. Purchases on Mac and mobile

Digital subscriptions purchased outside of an app store's in-app purchase system are completed on okgridiron.com in your browser. Entitlements are tied to your GridironOK account and unlock on every platform where you sign in.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Cancel any time from the billing portal in your profile (or, for app-store purchases, through your store account). Cancellation stops future renewals and premium access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Game Day Passes are consumable and are not refundable once the game window has opened. See our refund policy.

7. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, resell or redistribute our data, bypass paywalls, submit false scores, or post harassment, threats, or content that demeans or exposes the personal contact details of a student athlete. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

8. Reporter submissions

Verified reporters and coaches may submit scores, clock updates and play logs. You represent that your submissions are accurate and that you have the right to share them. We may verify, edit, delay or reject any submission, and may revoke credentials.

9. Accuracy of scores and data

Scores, statistics, standings, brackets and recruiting information come from field reporters and public sources and may contain errors or delays. GridironOK is provided for informational and entertainment purposes and must not be relied on for wagering, eligibility, or official record purposes. Official results come from OSSAA and the participating schools.

10. Third-party content and links

Film, broadcast and radio links point to third-party services such as Hudl and the NFHS Network, each governed by its own terms. We do not control that content or its availability.

11. Intellectual property

Content you post remains yours, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display it within the service. GridironOK's software, branding and compilations of data remain ours.

12. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how it is used, and our app privacy summary mirrors our App Store disclosures.

13. Suspension, termination and changes

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and may modify or discontinue features. Material changes to these terms will be announced in the app before they take effect; continued use after that means you accept them.

14. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
